International protection (EU, US + Global)
Under the Madrid Protocol, since October 2004, you can file one trademark application to cover many countries, including the UK, EU and the US. This gives you a global trademark protection.
This one application is cost-effective and should be considered if you are planning to reach a global market with your product or service, or if you are planning to operate a global web-site.
Here is a list of the main countries that can be covered with one Application under the Madrid Protocol. We will be pleased to quote for your specific country requirements upon request.
