International
protection (EU, US + Global)
Under the Madrid Protocol, since October 2004 you can file
one application to cover over 100 signatory countries, including
the EU and the US. This gives you global trade mark protection.
This
one application is more expensive, but such protection should
be considered if you are planning to reach a global market
with your product or service, or if you want to operate a
global website.
Here
is a list of the countries that can be covered with one application
under the Madrid Protocol. We will be pleased to quote for
your specific country requirements upon request.
